"Waiting to be picked up from the parking site (there is no other way) took at one time 10 minutes, another time it took 30 minutes. The room was supposed to have a working jacuzzi with hot a water. The hot water didn't work. Management didn't know what to do about it, told us it was out of their control and did not give us any sort of discount or voucher for a future visit. This was not our first visit to Hamat Gadar so we had expectation. We were very disappointed. "

"This is very much a hidden gem. It was like a little oasis. We especially enjoyed the pool, hottub and jacuzzi. The place was very clean and the area very quiet. "Overall t was an excellent stay and would have no hesitation going back. I could nitpick a few minor items but the place is lovely, and the staff was great, The only major thing that people should know is that the cabins are right next to a cowshed and sometimes not always, the you ger a whiff from the cows."
