Sometimes different staff gives the visitors contradictory information about how to get to certain places on the property. Turning on TVs and using the phone may be an issue. Food was hit or miss as expected but you could order 4 items to find 1 or 2 that were good. Service was excellent all around. Played golf at their Hard Rock Golf Club. That was NOT as good of an experience. Nice layout but the greens were punched and top dressed with a 1/2" of sand. That made it almost unplayable and not enjoyable at all. They never mentioned this...
