"This place is very different from a traditional hotel, so it's important that travelers know what to expect. The first time my wife and I stayed here we just randomly picked the place because of the location expecting it to be like any other hotel, but it's more so a resort and the place is really spread out with many different areas with accommodations that are vastly different depending on where you are. We stay in the Ridgetop area and really like it because it's quiet and we love the...

"The bridge cottage was adequate as far as kitchenware. Plenty of dishes pots pans etc…The area was quiet and peaceful but I have to comment about the musty dank odor that we experienced for three days. I believe the majority of it was coming from the couch which we refused to sit on. This really put a damper on our stay. Recommend a thorough cleaning or new furniture. "

"Nikki was fantastic at the check-in area! Very helpful and welcoming, and made the process super easy and fun. The room we stayed in was recently renovated and it was wonderful! It was very clean, updated and the little touches (towel folds, amenities, instructions) and the updated decor truly make this a worthwhile place to be. One comment is that it was tough to find a free outlet-- maybe the room would benefit from a mini power strip. Otherwise 10/10!"
