"The onsen (woman) has both indoor n outdoor pool plus cold bath. They provided all the amenities one would need. Front desk services were good. They helped with filling out forms for luggage forwarding. Welcome drink after checkout and ramen at night for free. Room was very clean. About 5 mins walk from Matsumoto station. We simply walk around to do tourist stuff. I would highly recommend this hotel. "
