"I don’t know how I can begin to tell how impressive and excellent this hotel is. The staff at the front desk are knowledgeable and kind and the dining room staff run at minimum a five star service. Breakfast is excellent and the spa/pool are clean and wonderful with hydro therapy and 3 different types of saunas. We would stay for 3 more weeks if we could! Rooms are large updated with a vintage flare and very very clean. We will be back! "

"Nothing short of a fantastic experience! Florian, the front desk manager could not do enough. He made sure every aspect of our 3 day stay was spectacular. Great basement parking included. Great spa facilities, steam and heat saunas, outdoor and indoor pools with mountain views, etc. Beautifully landscaped garden with outdoor chaises. Great bar with huge windows providing panoramic views of the mountains. We stayed in a newer wing of the hotel with a very modern wood-paneled interior design. [I cannot comment on the rooms in the original main building and another secondary residential building.] The breakfast, which is included, is a spread to rival anywhere in the world. There is a prix fix lunch and dinner menu, which we didn’t take advantage of only because we don’t eat that much. Otherwise, the bar where we ate each evening has a good but limited a la carte menu. My only recommendation would be to add 3-4 additional food options to the a la carte menu. The hotel is situated near the town's two gondola ski lifts - great for hiking, mountain biking and skiing. (The gondola tickets are somewhat pricey but shut up and pay up for the trips up each side of the valley. Amazing panoramas.) We plan on returning here in a year or two for a ski vacation."
