You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Your home away from home

Perfect for persons coming into the area for work purposes. Free parking, air conditioning and wifi. Two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and a living room. The bedrooms each has two double beds and a TV with Amazon firestick for your entertainment. The living room has a sofa bed, a full size couch and a love seat plus a 75 inch smart TV. Kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, blender, cups, dishes, pots, pans and utensils plus big yard space and plenty of parking in the front.
This is not fancy 5 star hotel. Just a quiet and safe place for you to live while you are away from home. You will be occupying the entire floor of this one level brick ranch house.
I do not share any space with the guest. My personal apartment is in the basement where i have my own entrance, my own kitchen and my own bathroom.

Rules

Turn off all house lights and fans before you drive away Your USPS mail must not come here. Do not put paper towel, or feminine product in the toilet.
The trash truck comes every Tuesday morning. The trash bag must be tied and place back into the trash barrel and placed at the side of the road.
Put out the trash (infront of the house) on monday nights. Tie the bag and leave it in the can. No USPS mail should come here. Dont fix your car here.

Quick trip

We stayed for 3 nights at Vals place. Comfortable place to sleep, shower was nice and cute porches to sit and enjoy the outside. Definitely recommend

Incredibly filthy

The house was small and had an odor of stale French fries which the owner tried to cover up. The owner lived in the basement of the house. There was no off-street parking. The owner controlled the thermostat from the basement. I just found out that the owner also charged us $25 for laundry. Yet there was no washer and dryer. Seriously - does anyone from VRBO do any type of inspection before they approve a house for rental?

Great host

It a nice house that has everything that you would need. It's far enough away from the city where you don't have all the traffic but close enough that you can be there in 25 minutes. Val is a great host came up to welcome us and then he gave you privacy. Defiantly recommended this property and would stay again.
