We had a lovely room here and the decor was great. The hotel staff were friendly and the communication we had with them prior to check in was clear and helpful. The location was central, so easy walking distance to attractions. Definitely recommend.

Exceptional hotel, ideally situated in Ortigia. Nice quiet spot but easily walkable distance through enchanting streets to wonderful eateries and historic sites. The staff are wonderful, going above and beyond to assist guests, organising drivers / day trips / restaurant reservations etc. Breakfast was super, a generous selection to meet all diets (including vegan pastries). The serving staff and housekeeping team were faultless. Nothing was too much trouble, the room was spotless every day when we returned from outings.
All in all this is a fantastic hotel and we cannot praise it enough.

What a great stay at the Charme. Staff were wonderful the hotel is beautiful the room excellent and the terrace is a wonderful place to just sit and look over the sea. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay here again
