    Welcome to our cosy home in Alicante! 🌴

    A comfortable, detached house, ideal for families or groups of up to 5 people looking to enjoy a few days of rest, sun, beach, and tranquility.

    The home features a family bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed, as well as a sofa bed in the living room. It also has air conditioning so you can enjoy a pleasant stay year-round.

    🏊 POOL AND OUTDOOR AREA

    The property features a pool on the grounds, shared exclusively by guests and the owners.

    It’s the perfect place to cool off, sunbathe, and relax after a day exploring Alicante or enjoying its beaches.

    There’s also a barbecue area, ideal for preparing meals and dinners outdoors and enjoying quality time during your stay.

    🚗 PRIVATE PARKING

    You can conveniently park your vehicle on the property, in a private area.

    🏡 TWO SEPARATE HOMES

    There are two separate homes on the property.

    One of them is the house set aside for our guests, and the other is the owners’ primary residence.

    The owners live in the second home, on the same property. We’ll be nearby in case you need help, information, or recommendations during your stay, but we’ll always respect your privacy and personal space.

Una estancia muy bonita en un sitio tranquilo. La cocina muy bien equipada, los propietarios muy amables . Hemos podido disfrutar de unos días con nuestra mascota pequeña que podía correr por el jardín. Piscina nueva y limpia para pegar un chapuzón.
