Newly renovated & cozy flat in the center

The flat has 4 rooms with 4 double beds. One room has a balcony. Most rooms have double windows with a lot of light. All rooms have air conditioning. The flat was recently renovated so everything is new and modern in perfect condition. There are 2 bathrooms, one with shower and one without shower.

The flat has everything you might need. Towels, bed sheets etc are available. The kitchen has also all you need. There is a dishwasher, coffee machine, water heater, toaster etc.

The flat is located 50m to the plaza de Toros. From plaza de Toros you have access to buses. Close by is also a tram station. You also have a lot of restaurants and cafes there. There are also supermarkets close to the flat.
