Poor condition, simple and not very clean

The property is worn and not very clean. There was many broken tiles in the room and the bathroom had signs of humidity damage. The rooms were quite noise.

Awful apartments, avoid them. Very Dirty, location in the middle of no where. No kettle or toaster bare minimum plates, cutlery. When we arrived the bins were full of rubbish from previous renters. We had to ask reception to come empty them.

Bra lägenhetshotell

Stort, rent och komfortabelt. Vi var bara en natt eftersom det låg närmare flygplatsen än där vi ursprungligen var på semester. Det finns ett fint inhängnat poolområde. Ett minus är att det fanns ingenstans på hotellet att äta. Det finns dock appar för att få mat levererat.

La estancia a estado bien , con espacio y comodidad . Lo único que yo mejoraría es la limpieza , los ensere de cocina , no están bien limpios , he he de manos accesorios de limpieza , en otros apartamentos que he estado tenían un kit con estropajo bayeta y jabón para poder fregar . También cuando entramos el Olor , me pareció fuerte , como a mascota mojada , imaginé que lis anteriores inquilinos podían haber estado con una , ya que se admite.Animales , el olor se fue mucho al ventilar

Store rom med stor terrasse, rent og ryddig både ute og inne. Hyggelig folk på jobb som snakker godt engelsk . Litt lydt mellom rommene så kunne være litt bråk om nettene fra andre beboere som ikke tar mye hensyn. Sa ifra om dette og personalet fikk stoppet festingen . Rent og ryddig både ute og inne 👍

Jeg spurte om de kunne ordne et rom som hadde balkong i sola. De svarte bekreftende på det. Det fantes vel ikke en mer skyggelagt balkong som også lå ut mot en veldig trafikkert vei. Renholdet klaget jeg 3 ganger på, kjøkkenet var lite innbydende. Jeg viste de bilder, og de sa:» uffda!» Noterte ned min klage, men det var det. Stedet lå litt utenfor byen, men det visste jeg. Tok buss inn, som gikk ca hvert 20 min. Havet lå like ved, men det kunne en ikke gå til for det var avstengt med et høyt gjerde på grunn av toget. Jeg leser nok tidligere anmeldelser nøyere neste gang. Alicante er en veldig koselig by som jeg gjerne kommer tilbake til.

Helt greit hotell, like ved flyplassen, store apartments med 2 soverom i nesten alle rom.. god plass til en familie på 4 i hvert rom.. Ingen kost, vaskemiddel eller hårføner.. alt må leies mot depositum 10€ i resepsjonen.

Aparthotel close to the airport

Convenient if you wanna be close to the airport and you hate Ibis hotels However aparthotel is in the middle of nowhere so car is mandatory Plenty of parking spaces outside free of charge
