This property was amazing. Comfortable, clean, luxurious, amazing location, fair price. We loved the rooftop terrace, espresso, and filtered water machine. We plan to stay here every time we return to Alicante!

Fabulous stay

Wonderful apartment very central to Alicante city. Very modern spacious room with fabulous terrace with sunbeds and furniture. Welcome bottle of cava and water which is lovely touch. Good communication via WhatsApp nothing was a problem. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Super stay

Was a great place for us , balcony with bbq was super. Bought some great meat in the market and cooked for dinner, yummy. Yes there are steps up and down in the area due to being in side of hill but no main issue. Easily reached from Airport by bus. Apartment really spacious, comfy bed and well equipped for minimal cooking. Will visit again for sure

Nice property although not all apartments have private outside space but fortunately we never had an issue with the sharing space . Apartment clean and modern and good design .Lift access straight into room takes a bit getting used to and with only 1 set of keys can make it awkward . Would definitely return but chose the apartment with outside space being private . Some contact numbers on arrival may help incase required .

Die Unterkunft an sich ist super schön, sauber und modern. Auch die Lage ist fantastisch. Wer allerdings gerne Privatsphäre bevorzugt ist hier falsch. Da der Vermieter sehr schlecht Englisch spricht wurde uns das Zimmer nicht richtig erklärt- so mussten wir uns proaktiv selbst darum kümmern, was beispielsweise das Wlan Passwort ist oder die Storen runtergehen- letzteres ist unglaublich kompliziert. Zudem wird das Zimmer nicht gereinigt, dies ist ausschließlich mit Aufpreis möglich. Leider wurden wir vorgängig nicht über die Bauarbeiten im Haus informiert- entsprechend hatten wir von morgens ca. 19:00-20.00 Uhr Lärm- auch samstags. Das Haus ist sehr ringhörig - man hört restlos jede Kommunikation im Haus. Als wir den Inhaber darüber in Kenntnis setzten - schob er den Lärm zuerst auf die Nachbarschaft, was enorm unglaubwürdig war, da wir die einzigen Gäste waren & man vom Lift aus sah, dass es in allen Zimmern eine Baustelle gibt. Als er feststellte, dass diese Ausrede Schwachsinn war, folgte folgende Whatsapp „Very sorry. If they think they can be better in another place they can do it. I have tried to make them as good as possible. If you want to look for another apartment there is no problem and we will pay you the difference“… nun ja.. Der Lift führt direkt in die Wohnung somit grundsätzlich zugänglich für jeden. Als wir weg waren und zurück ins Zimmer kamen, fanden wir plötzlich eine Türklinke an der Verbindungstür welche vorhin nicht da war…
