Property near by airport but has no shuttle. I appreciate that I was allowed to check in before 3pm. Bed was clean but bathroom needs an upgrade. For the price it served the purpose

I’m giving this hotel five stars for one reason. Exemplary customer service and staff. I’ve stayed here multiple times with no issues, but recently I experienced a few. The hotel staff exceeded my expectations to remedy my concerns and I will be back the next time I come to LA because atleast I know whatever happens the customer service her is five stars. Thank you Natalie, Frieja, and Alex for making my trip a good experience there was also a bellboy who was very kind and two agents from my first stay that helped me. You three deserve a promotion!
