This cosy holiday apartment with a swimming pool has capacity for four people and is perfect for couples or small families who want to discover the province of Malaga. Located in a residential complex with extensive common areas, you will enjoy a communal swimming pool, outdoor relaxation area and billiards table, creating an ideal environment to relax and socialise. In addition, the host lives in the same enclosure alongside her pets, and if you travel with yours, it is possible to accommodate it for a supplement, always under supervision and on a leash within the enclosure.

The accommodation offers a spacious and bright living area with a living-dining room and an American kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, freezer, toaster, kettle and all the necessary utensils to feel at home. It has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower tray, and another with two single beds, both with windows to the outside and furniture to comfortably store your belongings. In addition, it has a second bathroom with a shower tray in the common area.



Located in Alhaurín el Grande, the apartment is just 2 km from the centre, supermarkets and local restaurants. For golf lovers, there are two courses nearby within 10 km. You will also be close to beaches such as Playa de los Álamos (21 km) and tourist destinations like Málaga (31 km), Marbella (38 km) and water, natural and theme parks for the whole family. The complex has a garden, outdoor furniture, barbecue, fenced plot, 500 m² terrace, washing machine, air conditioning in the living room and selected bedrooms, wifi and outdoor parking in the same building.
