  • The 110m2 vacation home is located in Alhaurin de la Torre, a relaxing town in Spain's southern Andalusia region. The home consists of a living room with a fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms as well as 3 bathrooms and an additional bathroom and can therefore accommodate 8 people. The home features Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, a fan, a television, and a washing machine. Children are allowed and a baby bed and a highchair are allowed (upon request).

    Guests can enjoy the beautiful mountain view from the property and relax in the furnished outdoor garden or sun in the closed and open terraces, all for private use. The outdoor area features a pool with showers and a grill, also for private use, as well as a playground.

    The home is located 10 to 15 minutes (7 to 10 km) from a variety of restaurants, bars, cafes, and shopping venues, and there is a bus stop near the home for transportation to Alhaurin de la Torre. The home is a 20 minute (15 km) drive from an array of golden beaches, such as the Playamar and the Beach Jose, along the sunny coastline. Guests can experience the natural beauty of the area in the Vado del Gaudalhorce and the Miguel hiking areas just 12 to 14 minutes (7.5 to 8 km) from the home. Golf enthusiasts will enjoy the coastal and mountain scenery of the 18-hole Lauro Golf Resort, just a 20 minute (15 km) drive from the home. The Alhaurin de la Torre area currently has 213 cycling routes that wind through the stunning coastal and mountain landscape. The Malaga-Costa del Sol airport is a 16 minute (11 km) drive from the home.

A gem of a house!

Pros: The house just has everything you would need. So much space, so many bathrooms. The pool is great and it’s secluded. Ideal for couples with kids. They have a lot of room to play in the grass and the sand and you don’t have to be afraid. The host is also such a nice person and even brought us mangos and a six pack of 1.5 liter water bottles when we ran out in late in the evening. The area is so peaceful but you are in the city of Malaga in 20 mins if you want to. Cons: The road to the house is quite bumpy and you need to care if you have a car that is low. There are also a lot of ants so if you drop some food in the house you will find them inside.

Lots of mosquitoes and ants that sting/bite you. The sink in the shower smells like sewage. There's only one proper double bed; the other is a three-quarter bed with a terrible mattress. You sink right through it. Personally, I like a firm mattress, not rock-hard. I stayed there for two weeks, and the pool wasn't cleaned once with a robot cleaner! Be careful with the water if you're allergic to salt water. The pool wasn't chlorinated, but salt water! The sink near the BBQ was clogged. The air conditioning is noisy (the pump was broken, which they thought was normal, which isn't normal). I definitely won't go back, and it's definitely NOT worth the money.

Pros: Adolfo is een hele warme vriendeljjke man. Heel flexibel en flexibel. Het huisje is mooi, goed verzorgd en de bedden slapen heerlijk. Cons: De supermarkt ligt ver weg, je hebt echt een auto/ taxi nodig.

Prachtig huis en locatie. Kwalitatief hoogstaand en oog voor detail

Pros: Wij verbleven hier met ons gezin met in totaal 6 personen. De gastvrijheid en de vriendelijkheid van de gastheer is van een zeer hoog niveau en heel uitzonderlijk. De oprechtheid in het je zo goed mogelijk naar de zin maken op de locatie is meer dan 5 sterren waardig. Je merkt dat er heel veel aandacht en liefde in zit. De details en kwaliteit van het huis en alle faciliteiten waar je gebruik van kan maken is veel meer dan gebruikelijk. Zwembad, groene buitenomgeving is zeer goed en van hoge kwaliteit. Het uitzicht is prachtig. Je krijgt zeker geen spijt als je hier verblijft. Ook aan de kinderen is gedacht met een aparte speelplaats, die vermaakten zich hier helemaal prima. We komen hier zeker nogmaals terug.

Pros: Mooie, schone accommodatie volgens de laatste woontrends ingericht. Cons: Omgeving is in de buurt van een vliegveld, binnen geen last van geluidsoverlast, in de tuin wel.
