Très délabré

Hotel très délabré, bien trop cher pour l'état de l'hotel et le service proposé. Le wifi est quasiment inutilisable, les fenetres ne sont pas lavées, l'état des chambres est très délabré.

Hotel historique. Mérite une rénovation.

Chambre très spacieuse et propre. Immense baie vitrée donnant une vue superbe sur le port. Boiseries délabrées, mais salles de bain propres rénovées. Personnel correct

Vergane glorie, smerig tapijt in de kamer, ongeinteresseerd personeel al lijkt dit de standaard te zijn. Wel een goede locatie nabij Kasbah en Alger Centre, mooi uitzicht over de haven!

Ancienne gloire

Joli bâtiment, belle apparence sous le soleil du front de mer, hall un peu décrépit, mais de caractère. Hormis le réceptionniste de nuit, très aimable, personnel peu souriant quoique efficace. Chambre spacieuse et propre, belle vue, bruit de circulation, mais elle mérite une rénovation (la peinture serait un minimum!) Dans une jolie salle, la présentation et le service du petit déjeuner (produits corrects) font penser à une cantine du personnel , croissants ou pain en vrac, plateaux de bois défraîchis...

Retrouvaille avec le Grand Port d'ALger...

bcp OQP si bien que je n'ai pas passer assez de tps dans l'hotel qui occupe une position nevralgique sur Alger.Ma chambre etait parfaite a l'exception du bruit venant de l'autoroute mais la vue fantastique sur le Port d'Alger mitige bcp ce cote sonore de la chambre. Je recommende cet hotel aux couples maries visitant Alger Centre, la Grande Poste, Emir AEK, Fac Centrale, Audin,la Casba d'Alger etc...Cependant, le pti dejeuner est trop modeste mais a quelques metres dehors vous le resto de Djurjura qui vs offre des bons mets a petits prix.

Das Hotel kann eine Renovierung vertragen. Es macht einen herabgewirtschafteten Eindruck. Die Sauberkeit des Bodens im Zimmer war nicht gegeben. Die Lage für eine Besichtigungs Algiers war hervorragend. Das Personal war o.k.

Old-established hotel in the downtown of Alger

Safir Hotel, Algier, is old-established and old and grubby. I recommend the hotel to only those who loves traditional and colonial style hotels. Cleanliness of room/hotel: Cleanliness of the room is not satisfied standard, and the room with furnitures should be renovated. When I entered the room after check-in, there were many pieces of rubbishes on carpet, so I had to call a housekeeper to make the room clean up. Quality of service: Not bad but not so good. The staffs in the front desk, the restaurant, together with housekeepers are friendly. Hotel amenities: The towels equipped are old and not clean, and I used my own towels bought by myself. Hotel location: Very good. Centre of the down town of Alger. Other information: Notice if you would take a taxi at the Alger Airport. I transferred from Airport to the hotel by Taxi. The fee was 2000ADN from the International terminal of the airport, but it was 1200ADN from the National terminal where we can move from the International to the National by 5 min walk.

A NE PAS CONSEILLE

Hotel idéalement situé en plein centre d'Alger.C'est un bijoux d'architecture. L'état de l'(entretien des lieux laisse a désirer. un grand problème d'hygiène. Les moquette sale et vielle abrite une faune de bestioles qui se déchaînent la nuit tombée,sous l'effet de la chaleur du chauffage.( hotel tres bien chauffé) c'est un reel problème de santé particulièrement a ceux qui sont allergiques aux accariens. J'ai quitté les lieux avec des traces de piqures . La wifi est correcte. Si vous mangez au restaurant, je vous conseille l'entrecote grillée. Mais pensez à vous munir de couteaux à viandes. l'hotel n'en dispose pas.

Vieil hôtel de charme

Hôtel de style art déco. Du cachet....mais aurait besoin d'être "rafraichi". Bien situé pour visiter Alger. Wifi OK. Par contre petit déjeuner vraiment pas à la hauteur !!! Café franchement horrible, pas de fruits et pas de vrai jus de fruit.

Un hôtel chargé d'histoire

Même si la moquette est très défraîchie, les ascenseurs marchent une fois sur deux et le bar et le restaurant ferment trop tôt, c'est un hôtel chargé d'histoire, très bien situé, dont les murs (à rénover aussi) ont vu passer les plus grands de ce monde et qui, somme toute, est très agréable. Le petit-déjeuner y est meilleur et plus copieux qu'ailleurs en Algérie et il est à préférer à l'hôtel Albert 1er, encore mieux situé, mais au service, petit-déjeuner et chambres déplorables.

Pourquoi pas?

Vaut la peine pour sa situation en plein centre d'Alger, son prix raisonnable mais cet hôtel est un reste d'un grand palace d'il y a 60 ans. Chambre spacieuse mais équipements désuets, peu modernes. Clim très bruyante. Salons fermés. Personnel de chambre correct. Personnel d'accueil un peu rugueux. Restauration et petit déjeuner. Un gros défaut : le paiement par carte bleue est aléatoire, comme partout en Algérie. Il vaut mieux passer par un organisme sécurisé type Expedia. Septembre 2014.

Dit hotel is een prima verblijfplaats voor wie Algiers wil ontdekken.Het is centraal gelegen vlak bij het grote postgebouw en biedt vanuit sommige kamers ( vanaf de vierde verdieping ) een prachtig uitzicht op de baai en de haven.Geen geluidshinder ondanks het drukke verkeer en de spoorlijn.Een biezonder vriendelijke en efficiënte bediening.Het heeft charme in een sfeer van vergane glorie. Met een algemene opknapbeurt zou dit een absolute topper zijn ,zoals het nu is ,gewoon heel ruim en goed.

Hotel velho

Passei duas noites neste hotel que foi o único que encontrei disponível nas datas em que estava em Argel. Apesar de não ter passado mal pois já estou habituado a estes hotéis antigos na Argélia este hotel necessita de restauro urgentemente. O hotel é muito bem localizado e com quartos bastante grandes no entanto parou nos anos 40... Os elevadores são em madeira e com uma ''cancela'' não transmitindo o mínimo de segurança. Não por serem como são mas por todas as ligações eléctricas estarem à vista...
