Lors de mon arrivée ils m'ont dit qu'ils préparer la chambre car elle n'était pas prête je suis sortie pendant 1h à mon retour ils m'ont dit qu'il n'y avait aucune chambre de disponible ils m'ont emmené dans un autre hôtel qui n'avait pas le même critère que celui que j'avais réservé . L'hôtel que j'avais réservé était très proche de la mer le deuxième hôtel dans lequel ils nous ont emmené étais en ville donc loin de la mer

Nous n'avons pas été loger dans la résidence prévu donc pas comme indiquer prêt de la mer ect.. nous n'avons pas eu d appartement mais un hotel avec 2 chambres! tres mal agencer la sortie de clim dans la salle de bain donc un four ! sans compter que nous avons plus deau chaude! et le bruit des voitures.. une catastrophe ! Nous avons dmd a changer de chambre mais possible le matin mais au moment venu plus possible! tellement decu!

Hotel Run by Lowlifes~

My plane arrived 8 hours late to Algiers from Tunis because of mechanical difficultly. Then I was held up at the airport for another 3 hours. I arrive at the hotel at 8am. There was no one there. A couple of guys in the front tried to contact the hotel, but no answer. And the hotel looked like it was kind of in a slum. I was surprised because my other hotel through your website, in Algiers, was excellent. I think I should get my money back, they simply took the money and disappeared.

Unfinished and unpractical room

Reception didn’t knew what kind of room we had booked. It’s took time to get a room. Our taxi waited and it took almost half an hour to get it. they tried get more money of better room. Very unpractical room. Toilet was worse. Toilet seat was broken, electricity blocks broken or unfinished. Sink set on wrong position. No mirror in bedroom. No towels. Those we got after asking. Never got iron machine. I don’t recommend this hotel.

- pas de douche. La place réservée à la douche est d'environ 30 cm2, impossible d'utiliser le jet d'eau sans tout inonder immédiatement. - Les vitres n'avaient pas été nettoyées depuis très longtemps mais surtout les bords de fenêtre étaient emplis de déchets - les meubles qui figurent dans cet endroit n'auraient pas été mis en vente même à Emmaüs. - Des ampoules qui manquent, pas de plafonnier, les rideaux trainent pas terre, des ampoules manquent, pas de plafonnier, l'escalier d'accès, correcte à mon arrivée, était gluant lors de mon départ. Il n'y avait bien entendu pas les ustensiles promis dans le descriptif de l'hôtel, même pas une bouilloire électrique. Aucune insonorisation des chambres, puisqu'une simple cloison en plâtre séparait chaque unité, si bien qu'on entendait tout, les conversations des gens, les pleurs des gamins, ... Mais le pire des reproches que je peux faire c'est d'avoir menti sur sa localisation : il est dit dans le descriptif qu'il se situe, je cite, " au cœur d'Alger". C'est absolument faux. Il se situe dans une banlieue lointaine d'Alger, dans des quartiers pauvres et lunatiques. Pour rallier le centre il faut DEUX heures de tram et de métro.
