Le personnel de l'hotel est tres serviables, tres gentils. Nous avons adoré notre sejour. Le petit déjeuner est tres riche et varié. C'est un hotel à recommander sans hésiter.

Disliked: Staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans l’ensemble, mais plusieurs points mériteraient vraiment d’être améliorés. Concernant la piscine, elle n’était pas toujours très propre, notamment parce que certains clients ne respectent pas les règles d’hygiène. Nous avons vu des parents donner à manger à leurs enfants dans la piscine et des bébés y entrer avec des couches classiques, qui ne sont pas adaptées à la piscine. Une surveillance plus importante et un rappel des règles permettraient d’améliorer la situation. Pour les familles qui arrivent avec plusieurs bagages, il serait également appréciable de prévoir une solution d’aide, surtout lorsque les chambres sont situées dans les bungalows, car il y a plusieurs marches à monter avec les valises. Le petit-déjeuner pourrait aussi être davantage adapté aux enfants, car il y a peu de choix pour eux. Enfin, dans les chambres avec douche à l’italienne, il serait très pratique de mettre une raclette à disposition. Après chaque douche, il y a beaucoup d’eau au sol et cela permettrait de garder facilement la salle de bain propre et sèche. Ce sont de petits aménagements, mais ils amélioreraient vraiment le confort des familles et la qualité du séjour.
