The hotel is great and the pool is lovely. Staff and service were strong. The location is a bit out of the way. For everything, ask at the desk, reservations are typical for most things, not the restaurant but the pool and spa and car rental: everything seems to be arranged at least a day in advance, and more because not everyone works the weekend, so make those arrangements far in advance.

Check-in took about 20 minutes because the property hadn't processed an Expedia reservation before and staff wanted me to pay, though I paid online. Then, the room thermostat was broken and after waiting approximately 20 minutes for a technician at 9:30 at night, I changed rooms. In the morning, there was no hot water and I needed to leave for a flight so I didn't bring this to staff. I will say the staff was very professional in dealing with the various issues, but I don't think I would stay here again.

Bonjour, Apres notre réservation nous téléphonons à lhotel pour demander le transfert qui est inclus,une employée nous repond que le transfert est finalement payant et que de toute façon notre Réservation n’a pas été prise en compte et qu'il faut repayer directement avec elle pr téléphone.je lui dit de vérifier et je lui envoi le numéro de resa er elle me répond non il n’y a pas de reservation nous somme donc à l’aéroport d’Alger il est 19h nous somme 3 filles et n’avons pas d’hôtel ni de taxi. A 22h nous trouvons un taxi et autre hôtel nous racontons l'histoire au taxi qui nous dit je vous dépose à l’autre hôtel et après nous allon voir ce qui se passe à AD hôtel quand même donc nous a voilà devant la réception de AD hôtel on explique à nouveau la situation et là l’employé nous dit que la reservation est bien prise en compte et que nous ne pouvons plus annulé alors que nous avons reserver un autre hôtel entre temps.on nous dit que nous Allons avoir un geste commercial et que l’on va nous contacter mais aucun retourrrrrrrrr PLUS JAMAIIIIIISSSSS.

Pas très orienté clientèle internationale

Mon séjour dans ce nouvel établissement était moyen. Le personnel très sympathique et la chambre très confortable, rien à redire, par contre concernant les autres servies c'est à revoir. l'accès à salle de sport se fait le matin à partir de 09h, mais quand on vient pour le business on ne démarre pas la journée à 10h, les équipement dans la salle son moyen. De même l'accès à la piscine il faut payer car partie intégrante du SPA, ou alors j'ai mal compris, mais cela m'a laissé plutôt perplexe.
