Lovely size house
Great room space, excellent air con, good service when there were issues.beautiful pool area with lots of seating. Let down by the green pool all holiday and kids not keen to swim in it but when called property managers were straight out to treat it. So nice to arrive at a villa with washing liquid etc all provided for to start you off. Great location, managed to walk to a local cafe for a traditional meal too.

Thank you for the review. We are extremely concerned regarding your comments about the pool. We pay our management company for the weekly pool service and have never received a comment like this. Indeed we have visited recently and the pool was perfect, albeit some tiles missing from where something had been thrown into the pool. This repair is planned for winter 2022. I have asked for some feedback from the management company and will feedback on this site .

A little place of heaven.
The villa was on a hill with amazing views. Lovely airy rooms and fabulous pool. This place was more than we could ask for and all ages enjoyed themselves. Definitely worth booking!

Great villa
Great villa had some teething issues but management team sorted straight away. You absolutely need a car the villa is very far out. The one big negative about this villa is the dogs next dog. They barked through the night and all day….not a lot of sleep was had. The villa was very spacious and roomy had everything we needed. Could do with bathroom locks

We had a lovely stay at Villa Luzia and would 100% recommend. A car is needed as it is quite out of the way and I think the Villa would benefit from a more in depth handbook but we have no complaints and would love to visit again in the future!

Total chill out
Just got back from Villa Louzia and want to go straight back. As a family we needed to get away from it all and that’s exactly what we got. Complete privacy in a safe and tranquil environment. The views are spectacular and the Villa is very clean and managed by a very caring host. Loule itself is a peaceful town with a very relaxed vibe. There are ample supermarkets, however we found them more expensive than UK. But then we discovered the town market that sells pretty much everything you’ll need at a lot less cost than the stores. The beaches and marina are only 15 mins by car. I can’t rate the villa highly enough. If you’re thinking of going, just book it, We’re definitely going back next year

Good villa could be excellent
We went for a week 4 generations, aged 4 to 80, nine of us. Lovely spacious family villa. Good size pool. A/C, WiFi, washing machine/dryer, hair dryers, hand soap and soap in every bathroom. However, a 2 slot toaster for a 10 bed, dials worn off on oven and no instructions to give us a clue, hob, one gas ring works at a time. Coffee machine, an hour to drip through. Barely a matching glass (I bought 12) One ripped large umbrella for outdoor dining, need more umbrellas for pool area, 2 broken outdoor chairs, 1 broken sun lounger. No washing line. One tea towel for a week, 1 tray for clearing table. For safety, for children, a gate to pool area would be helpful. We had a couple of problems that were dealt with efficiently, whilst there, by the management company. The hill down to local cafe (which was excellent) is not for the faint hearted. We had a fabulous time and feel these problems could be easily rectified.

Dear Lesley P Thank you for the four star review. We are extremely disappointed that you found these issues with the villa, can I ask did you inform the management company of all of these during your stay? We went out at the beginning of the season to check over the villa however we were not aware of the parasol issue, and were informed the hob was being sorted prior to guest arrival. We also agreed and purchased new sun loungers this season so we are looking into your comments re these. Re the toaster it hasn't been an issue before nor has the coffee machine but will look into updating these. Thank you for your comments and your four star rating.

The Views, oh, the views!
Superb location and now that Google Pin Drop is active, it is easy to find. Wonderful views and so much space for active children. Secluded and quiet. Thank you, we really enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic Villa
Went to the villafor a week starting 5th August, on arrival found the villa had not been cleaned. Contacted the owner who was very apologetic and stated they would fix the issue. Around 30 minutes later a team of cleaners arrived and blitzed the villa, leaving it emaculate. A very minor issue in the end which left us confident that any other issues would have been sorted (there were none). The villa is up a very very steep drive but it's worth the effort, going with my a family group with 6 adults an 11 year old and a toddler we found the villa the perfect size. The pool area was excellent with a huge table and parasol that made dining outside a real pleasure. The villa is well equipped with everything we needed from towels to kitchen equipment. The electric gates make you feel safe and allow you to let kids run around the grounds. There is a great bar/cafe at the bottom of the drive that serves great fish and BBQ dishes and is very good value for money. Due to the heat (mid 30's) we found that Loule itself was too far away to walk however in mid 20's it would not be too much of a chore. Took day trips to Vilamoura, Albufiera and Fonte Benemola along with visits to Loule all within 30 minutes drive. There is also a wide selection of supermarkets within easy reach. Would definetly recommend the villa to family's or groups and hopefully will return again once we have ticked some other locations off our list!!

Lovely relaxing villa with beautiful views
Villa was really nice and although it took a little time to get used to not having wifi, I think it was a positive thing and enabled me to switch off. Although the pool isn't heated the beautiful weather of Portugal means this is not a problem. All the provided facilities were good, for the beginning of the week the sun beds were all broken but they were replaced by the end of the week. We did hire a car but it is an easy walk into Loule as long as you don't mind the walk back up the steep hill just before the villa. Owner is very accommodating, I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone.

A lovely comfortable villa set in a beautiful garden with great views.
We much enjoyed our stay at Villa Luzia . All the bedrooms have comfortable beds and good bath/ shower rooms . The living room is spacious and well furnished and the pool is lovely . As a family that enjoys cooking we found the old cooker a bit challenging to use as the dial settings have partly worn off ! Apart from that the kitchen is well equipped. We missed wifi to start with but soon got used to popping down to Loule for a coffee when we wanted to connect . A very happy holiday in a wonderful place. Recommended!

Boa estadia mas com muitos aspetos a melhorar
Bela estadia! No entanto com muitos aspetos a melhorar. A casa em si é boa, áreas grandes, tudo limpo, boa localização, a poucos minutos da cidade, mas numa área envolvente de natureza, piscina grande, tal como nas fotos. No entanto, a piscina não é aquecida, a temperatura esteve sempre fresca e nunca aqueceu, até mesmo à noite. O azulejo da piscina está a saltar, e no fundo da piscina tem uma falha bastante grande, que não deveria acontecer. Para quem gosta de estar no espaço exterior constantemente, como o nosso caso, à noite a casa tem pouca luz na área da mesa/piscina. O grelhador é pequeno para uma casa que leva tantas pessoas. Em relação à cozinha, máquina de café não funciona bem e os acessórios de cozinha como frigideiras, etc precisam mesmo de ser renovados. No geral, a casa prima pelo espaço que tem, mas realmente há situações que deveria melhoradas. Obrigada

A great get away
Amazing place to relax, just far enough from the town. Great outdoor place, swimming pool barbeque and all that you need for a great time. A lot of privacy, and alarm system. For us just one thing, no shutters on the bedroom windows, so the light comes in around 6.30 am, but still no down side on that, early morning and a great day. We highly recommend.

La piscine n'est pas chauffée !!! La Pub s'en vente pourtant ! Litteries sous dimenssionnées ou à revoir dans certaines chambres. Des défaillances en électro ménager. Sinon belle villa spacieuse (nous étions quatre couples), perchée en haut d'un raidillon à près de 20% de pente.

Vacances merveilleuses!
Superbe villa!!!nous y avons passé des vacances formidables en famille. Les photos et descriptions sont conformes a l annonce. Jardin et piscine sont tres bien entretenus. Grandes Chambres confortables ,au calme.nous etions 10,donc les salles de bain et wc attenants a chaque chambre etaient les bienvenus!! La villa est tres propre,nous avons apprécié le changement de nos serviettes ainsi qu un brin de menage au cours de notre sejour d une semaine. Non loin de toutes les grandes villes,nous avons pu decouvrir chacunes d elles sans faire beaucoup de route. Je recommande cette villa a toutes les familles voulant passer de superbes vacances au sud du Portugal.
