Very helpful staff, clean rooms, Air conditioning works all the time never had any problems. Staff may not be there for certain periods of time which is odd. I ended up calling a corporate number just to get in during certain times of the night. It’s nice because it’s near la placitia and viejo san juan as they’re both 5-10 mins away driving wise. Beds are also really comfy

"Este Hotel es excelente donde no hay persona en repción y te envían los detalle de entrada, salida y habitación por mensaje. Una vez llegas esta todo limpio, hay agua y hielo en el primer piso y varios restaurantes cercanos. Esta muy bien ubicado."
