"Mi comentario no está dirigido a Expedia, plataforma que utilizo desde hace años y con la cual he tenido una excelente experiencia. Mi observación es específicamente sobre la transparencia del hotel al presentar sus tarifas. Al valor anunciado se adiciona posteriormente el IVA del 19%, algo que considero debería quedar claramente informado desde el comienzo. Además, durante este mismo viaje, varios compañeros de nuestro grupo reservaron directamente con el hotel y obtuvieron mejores condiciones. Creo que el hotel debería ser más claro al presentar sus tarifas y cargos desde el inicio, para que el huésped pueda tomar una decisión con toda la información disponible."

"The views are really nice, there aren't a lot of things to do in this hotel after the second day you will be very bored. Very minimal amenities, the whirlpool have heaters but you have to plan ahead as they don't turn them on unless you ask them to. During our last two days a storm knocked down power, and although they have a generator they purposely turn it off at 10 PM which leaves every hotel guest completely in the dark with no power, no internet, and no air. It was very hard to sleep the last two nights as there's no AC in any rooms and the fan did not work. "
