With a dreamlike location directly on the sandy beach in Algarrobo-Costa, this beautiful holiday apartment has a private terrace and is situated in a residential complex with a marvelous pool and tennis court. Located on the 1st floor, the charming 70 m² apartment consists of a living/dining room with an integrated, well-equipped kitchenette, 2 bedrooms (one with a bunk bed) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine and a television with foreign channels. On your private, covered terrace, equipped with an awning and a small table with chairs, you are invited to begin the day with a fresh coffee as you admire the view of the sea or round off a long day at the beach with a glass of wine. In the communal, outdoor area you will find a refreshing pool, an outdoor shower and tennis courts for those who like to stay active during their holidays. A supermarket is only 150 m or a 2-minute walk away while the romantic beach promenade (for pedestrians only), with a selection of shops, restaurants and cafes, is just beyond your front door. The property is ideally situated to explore the beautiful region of Axarquia and is only about 37 km or a 30-minute drive from Málaga. Furthermore, you will also find the sandy beach Playa de Algarrobo in less than a minutes’ walk away. Here you can relax under the warm sun before the glittering water and make unforgettable memories with your loved ones.

Muy bien, excepto las playas

Pros: La urbanización tenía una muy buena piscina. Ambiente tranquilo Cons: Las playas de la zona, con piedras, no chinorros. Y sobre todo en el lado izquierdo de la playa con preduscos enormes. En el lado derecho mejor, pero son necesarios escarpines.

No le faltaba un detalle, tiene de todo, muy bien ubicado. Complicado aparcar cerca, tienes que ir unas calles más allá. Lo mejor la limpieza, los detalles y la ubicación!!!

Pros: Desde el minuto uno todo de maravilla, al apartamento no le falta de nada, la zona muy tranquila, la gente muy agradable. Tienes pista de tenis, una piscina bastante grande, en primera línea de playa. Para los que tenemos mascotas es más complicado a veces conseguir estancias para veranear pero en este apartamento si que te permiten mascotas y nosotros hemos estado con 2 perros, que por cierto han disfrutado tanto como nosotros! Restaurantes y bares de todo tipo para poder comer. Tanto la propietaria Mawi como Martina son personas encantadoras y muy atentas. Ha sido la primera vez que hemos estado allí pero sin duda alguna deseando volver el próximo año. Cons: Todo genial.

APARTAMENTO EXCELENTE, BUENA UBICACIÓN

Nos alojamos 4 personas y una perrita pequeña. El apartamento es precioso, está totalmente reformado y estaba muy limpio. Armarios grandes. Nos gustó mucho todos los detalles que tenía ( cómo estaban colocadas las toallas, perchitas por todos sitios, adornos......) y estaban aprovechados todos los rincones. La propietaria es encantadora. Nos había dejado capsulas de café y una botella de vino que por cierto, estaba buenísimo. Tiene una terraza con vistas a la urbanización ( jardines, piscinas) y el mar y en dónde normalmente comíamos. Está equipada con todo lo necesario, las camas muy cómodas y el mobiliario muy bonito. Una cocina integrada en el salón con todo lo necesario, limpisima. Es un apartamento muy acogedor. La zona es muy buena, llena de restaurantes , chiringuitos, supermercados, todo está a mano. Nos pareció una zona muy familiar , tranquila, con mucha gente joven con muy buen rollo,sin ningún altercado, muchos perritos paseando con sus dueños, gente haciendo footing o simplemente paseando por el paseo o la playa. Nos encantó todo , estuvimos muy a gusto y repetiremos.
