This detached three-bedroom, three-bathroom villa offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. You can choose to cook indoors in the fully equipped kitchen, which includes cookware, utensils, a coffee maker, toaster, kettle, ice-cream maker, and air fryer, or enjoy outdoor cooking on the barbecue or in the outdoor kitchen area. A welcome pack is provided, including tea, coffee, oil, and a selection of spices. Bath and pool towels are supplied, along with shampoo, body wash, and hand soap.



On the ground floor, you'll find an en-suite master bedroom with a king-size bed and a spacious bathroom. There is also a separate dining room with a table and six chairs, perfect for home-cooked meals. The lounge area features three sofas, a TV, a streaming device, and a ceiling fan. A second bathroom is also located on this floor.



Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms, each with ceiling fans. This floor also offers a second lounge area with two sofas, a TV, a gaming console, and full air conditioning. The third bathroom is also on this level. For cooler months, a pellet burner and a supply of pellets are provided.



The fenced garden is ideal for relaxing, with countryside views of olive groves from several seating areas, all furnished with chairs and sofas. There is a shaded patio and a separate gazebo, both with tables and chairs. Enjoy the private swimming pool, which is fully fenced for safety, making it perfect for families with young children. After swimming, you can play ping pong or foosball. The converted garage serves as a games room with a pool table and a couch. The garden is filled with a variety of plants and fruit trees, and guests are welcome to pick and enjoy the fruit. Secure parking is available at the villa.
