"Hubert was above and beyond as a host. He helped to arrange a taxi to bring us to the unit and then met us there. He personally gave a tour of the flat and gave recommendations on food and activities based on what we wanted to experience on this vacation. The flat was perfect, clean, and located within steps to the beach and restaurants. The balcony was the perfect place for morning coffee. I would stay here again and again!"

"Pros: Apartment size was perfect for 4 adults and a toddler. The host provided a high chair and cot on request. The apartment was clean and had everything in it that we needed. Pool area well maintained and not too busy. Short walk down to the beach and about 10-15 min walk into the centre. Really enjoyed our stay here. "The location is hard to beat! The view is absolutely stunning and it was great to have access to the roof terrace I would suggest getting newer mattresses as they had some springs protruding and dip in the middle… We also missed blinds in the bathroom (overlooking the cove) for when we wanted to shower after dark. The kitchen could be slightly better stocked. Also having anything to create shade on the roof would be greatly appreciated"

"Staff were so nice, room was lovely, we received an upgrade and early check in. Breakfast and bar/snack food really good. Pool area excellent. Only reason for four star was evening buffet, food quite bland and some items only lukewarm warm. The lighting while fine during the day was quite harsh at night so not very inviting. This did not take away from our stay and I would not hesitate to stay here again."

"What an amazing hotel. It was my 6th visit and I have ashtray booked for next year. Staff and amenities were second to none, especially the spa. Location was spot on. Beach round the corner and airport 5 minutes drive away. Only downfall was the jotel food. Very disappointing. Also showers in rooms need upgrading."

"Loved this hotel especially for the price, the unlimited buffet was amazing and had so many options for people with dietary restrictions like myself. The room was also very clean and comfortable. The only thing I didn’t like was that if you ask for an earlier check in, they charge you an extra 42 euros as a “re check in fee” which I’ve never heard of before, even if the room is ready earlier."

"This is a perfect little oasis in the heart of Palma. Conveniently located walking distance to dozens of bars, restaurants, markets, the harbor, cathedral, and much more. The pool area and bar were especially great during our stay. We splurged on a superior room with balcony for two nights and were not disappointed. Staff are friendly and accommodating and our room was spacious and comfortable. Highly recommend to anyone thinking of staying here!"

"We had a fabulous stay at HM Palma Blanc Hotel & would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a base in Palma. We stayed for our wedding anniversary & had just one night but an early flight out then a late flight home the following day. When we arrived, we were able to use all of the facilities immediately even though our room wasn’t quite ready (which we weren’t expecting it to be so this wasn’t a problem). We left our luggage with the concierge & changed in the spa (which looked fab, but we didn’t use it this trip). The rooftop pool was amazing & the loungers & daybeds were really comfy. Drinks at the bar up there were reasonably priced too. We spent time exploring the city & this hotel is in a great location - it’s only 15 minutes or so to the Cathedral & close to the popular tourist sites. All of the staff we encountered were friendly & helpful, the room was lovely & I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Palma."
