"We were thrilled with our stay. The apartment was bright and cheery, everything was super clean and in wonderful condition, with lots of personal touches that made us feel right at home. The location is not only close to downtown Dover shops and restaurants but also a short trip to the Maine Seacoast. "The description is inaccurate. It is run down and in an unsafe area. The check-in instructions repeatedly said to close your door immediately behind you and lock it. As soon as we pulled up it was clear why. I was traveling alone with my 16 year old daughter for a mother daughter’s trip. Needless to say there was no way I felt comfortable staying at the property alone with her. We ended up getting a nice safe room at the Ramada about 5 miles away. Be very wary of this place! There is a reason...
