Problemas con el somier en el dormitorio
Quería expresar mi insatisfacción con respecto al problema que encontramos durante nuestra estancia. El primer día de nuestra llegada, cuando mi hijo pequeño se sentó en la cama, el somier se derrumbó. Informamos de este problema inmediatamente y, aunque tardaron varios días en arreglarlo, el somier volvió a colapsar después de ser reparado. Este inconveniente causó molestias considerables a mi familia y afectó negativamente a nuestra experiencia general en la casa. A pesar de este problema, quiero reconocer que la casa en sí es agradable y el entorno es fenomenal. Sin embargo, creo que es justo que se nos compense por las molestias ocasionadas durante nuestra estancia. Le agradecería que considerara una de las siguientes opciones: 1. Un reembolso parcial del alquiler pagado, teniendo en cuenta los días en los que el somier no estaba en condiciones de uso y las molestias causadas. 2. Un descuento en una futura estancia en la propiedad, una vez que el problema del somier haya sido debidamente solucionado.
