"We have just come back from staying here it could do with some pictures and some updating was cheep enough staff were very helpful and polite needs a good sign outside to say where it is because we were driving up and down the road looking for it and close to the shops and 15/20 minutes walk to the beach we will stay there again but please update the places and make it a bit homely a fridge in room for milk for your cuppa in the morning "

"Staff were nice, check in okay. Room smelt damp and not that clean. Shower needs update as constant dripping all night. Breakfast okay, no water in kettle on multiple days, fruit not fresh and room very underwhelming to start your day. When leaving, no one to give feed back till lunch time. Also most of common areas were not clean (staircase, landing, outside)"

"What a fantastic hotel. Location was great, right in the middle of it all. Room was great with loads of room. The room Needs coat hangers and some draws for clothes as we had to live out of our bags. Up date the blinds, apart from this we would stay again. Breakfast room was great as well, just get cups that fit in the coffee machine. The staff assisted us straight away when asked. All done through WhatsApp. WiFi was brilliant"

"Hotel was in a quiet location with easy parking and within walking distance of the seafront and town centre. Staff were welcoming on checkin and kept in touch with check in and out times clearly stated with a key drop service available should this be needed. Lovely view from the room and residents kept the hotel quiet even in the early hours. There is no lift at the hotel and our room was on the top floor which involved climbing 2 flights of stairs so someone with mobility issues may suffer. There was plenty of security lighting and cctv covering all the main passageways to help you feel secure."
