But the general manager and another staff member named Isaiah were VERY HELPFUL AND AMAZING. They were super sweet, professional and respectful. They truly turned my experience around for the better. They have exceptional customer service and I really appreciated all they did to take care of me. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I will be returning. "
