"We stayed two nights in a triple room. The purpose of our visit was to attend an engagement party. It served the purpose of our stay well. The room was clean and met our needs. It’s not fancy and no real view but it was clean and comfortable"

"The staff at Rotana Palma Bay are extremely friendly, polite and very helpful. The reception team are very welcome and helpful. Ayoub arranged for a sea view room and was very punctual with time. Another staff member from the reception had kindly ordered Kushary on my behalf after I requested his assistance because I couldn't make the order. His name is maybe Mahmoud, I was so happy with the Kushary and Mahmoud helped me try it. Room service staff, Hadi and Mohammed werevery helpful and professional. My room was cleaned with perfection. Restaurant staff are very nice and friendly, they all welcomed me with a smile. Hossam was the first to meet and greet very helpful and never stops smiling. Bashed was very helpful, welcoming and helpful. Looked after me with keeping the coffee and water filled. Bar at the beach staff are very nice Hossam and El Sawy are very friendly, helpful and professiona. Thank you so much Rotana for hiring the best quality of service provided by lovely staff."

"I really enjoyed my time there. Nice pool and lobby area. Room was nice and clean but the bathroom tub was very high and I think it was not safe because of the height and wet floor. No wash cloth size towel but they offered loffa when we requested. Also the orientation of towel bars was not the best to hang towels and clothes. Staff were polite and helpful. Nice private beach and safe to cross the busy street using the traffic light but still I would prefer a tunnel . Also the beach was not obvious to notice and I had to ask staff about it to locate it. Breakfast is expensive and I believe it should have been included with the room. Overall a nice hotel and I will choose it again."
