De kamer die ik heb geboekt was niet besckibaar zat andere mensen er in ook de eigenaar zegt niets te maken heeft met Expedia ook de prijs klopt niet hij zegt het is 39 euro uw booking is 22 euro ik kreeg een kamer zonder bad of toilet voor 23 euro graag deze hotel uit uw site afhalen de eigenaar respecteer niet de reservatie via jullie

Dears M/s. ebookers, This is to inform you that I faced a problem to check in hotel upon my arrival since there was no room empty/available for the full day and even when I communicated with the owner he said "We don't have any chance up to next week" plus he denied that he has any deal with ebookers . consequently I suffered a lot till found a room in other hotel in Alexandria . Please to verify the route causes to avoid repeating the same with others respecting human rights. Also will appreciate reinstatement of my money back with remedy of this case I have faced. The advertisement is misleading. It is said that there is "private bathroom" to the room. In fact, there is no bathroom attached to the room. The bathroom is located outside the room and we was told that it was exclusive to us. However, it was used by other clients too. Only one tiny lamp functioning in the room. The room's carpet has many stains.

Small cosy, clean hotel with a beautiful view and very friendly and easy going people. You have to ring the doorbell to come in so no strangers will be allowed. This part of Alexandria where the hotel is, was my favourite because the tram is close by, plenty of shops and places to by food. Fort qaitbay and the library are at walking distance and the hotel is easy to recognize if you want to go back. No hasseling in Alexandria at all. I had a perfect time.

Great View of the Alexandria Harbor

It is an old hotel - with its unique charms. My room had a great view of the Alexandria Harbor. Very beautiful. Especially, in the evening. The room was airy and pleasant. A 10-minute walk to the famous Alexandria Library. Try Mohammed Ahmed’s restaurant near by. You will go back to it again and again. Just ask the locals. The hotel is also located right next to a tram terminal. Pay 1 Egyptian Pound ($0.06) and you can go as long as you want. There are two shared bathrooms. After a while, you get used to it. Hot shower throughout the day and night. The noise from the street below is deafening. It took me three days to get used to it.

nice place, ocean view, very quiet.

The exterior looked a little daunting at first, but it's a nice place with an ocean view, very quiet, with polite staff that is always on-site. Also close to the tram station and a convenient area for food as well as sundries. It did get a little chilly at night, though they do provide extra thick comforters in my closet for extra warmth!

It's a waste of money

They used to do overbooking for their rooms. While the receptionist ask the customers to return back later after midnight At 2:00 am to get their booked rooms available !! Th. they do charge multiple hidden charge fees. you should accept them peacefully or you have to deal ( ) . with the very impolite manager (Mohamed) Unfortunately, it was the worst hotel ever I have stayed in!! the room cleanings isn't that bad. But the beds are coved with dirty old linens. TV has no signals ! no maintenance Bathrooms need some plumping and without any disinfection agents just some used soap parts are scattered everywhere . Final advice-I wouldn't recommended for anybody

Hope they have water next time!

The water was not rubbing on the first day of stay and washing therefore was very difficult. The towels were also very small.

We booked room with private bathroom but on arrival got a shared bathroom, staff don't speak English and owner Mohammed is not answering his phone. Rooms are run down, filthy dirty, AC doesn't work, flat screen TV - what a joke! And of course doesn't work. Staff smocking in the lobby/reception area, so you go through cloud of smoke to use a bathroom. Public bathroom is dirty, always wet, no soap, no toilet paper. The "hotel" is on 2nd floor, and stairs never been cleaned, cigarette butt's everywhere. The tiny elevator without safety. The only thing was good is view out of window. Please orbitz.com remore this "hotel" from your database! I would not recommend my anime to spend a night there!

Nice small cozy hotel by the sea

The hotel is very clean and well maintained, but the staff are a bit aggressive and bad at handling problems and communicating with the guests.

Hôtel bien placé pour globe trotter à petit budget

Son seul point positif c'est l'accessibilité qu'il donne aux lieux d'intérêt d'Alexandrie. Pour le reste j'aurais donné la note de 0. C'est plutôt un hôtel pour globe trotter n'ayant pas peur du bruit infernal ( et je n'exagère pas ...) et peu regardant sur la propreté avec un petit budget.

Mold ridden filthy fire hazard

Black mold on ceilings, grime on everything, no hot water, wifi not secure and required Egyptian cell phone number, 12 inch television that did not work, half of lamps in room didn't work and the door guy LOCKS you in the hotel and goes to sleep! Guests do NOT have a key to the front door and are locked in!!!! What if there were a fire?!?!?!

Great location

The receptionist rudely asked me for cash after I paid directly to Expedia. I refused to pay and let him sort out directly with Expedia. The man that couldn't speak English was very helpful. The room was large and clean. Location was perfect despite the noise of the traffic on a busy road.

Do not believe the pictures

simply do not believe the pictures or information on internet websites, totally nothing was correct . when they say bathroom on room , they mean small dirty corner with terrible condition and without water, when they say sea view it means that you will take side room can see the sea when you pay directly to Orbitz, they will ask you to pay in full to hotel then solve your problem with the web no room service at all
