Friendly staff, food quality was not the greatest. No fresh fruit no complementary cookies like other Homes 2. In other states. The pool and gym was closed early. The shower wall had a big crack, they couldn't get my TV to work, had to change my room, big crack in that shower. Hotel was nice in the lobby but was dark and depressing when coming in at night.

Checkin was difficult, autoblind in room would not open, asked for a set of towels that were never delivered, had to fix the toilet myself, had to get cardkey reset. Breakfast was nice, appreciated the veteran parking spot. The bed was good and the room was clean. However, for what I paid I don't think I received full value. After I drive all day long I don't want to have to expend additional energy on solving issues that should not exist. I feel I received about 55% of what I paid for. The barking dogs were just a bonus.

The staff was amazing. But the room was a little dirty - mostly the carpet. I know they are renovating, so it will probably be better in the future. But it was safe and quiet, and the little workout room was great. If we needed to, we would stay there again.

Overall very nice

The stay was great. The room was very clean and organized. The only flaw I saw was that in the shower on the floor there was a very long crack that needs to be repaired before someone injures themselves or get an infection.

The room was comfortable and clean. My only complaint was the “free breakfast”. There was no milk or yogurt, the juice dispensers were empty, and the egg dish was in a back room because the steam table didn’t work. You shouldn’t advertise free breakfast if you aren’t able to provide it.

The whole thing!, very inviting lobby, Shelyn was very kind and helpful during check in and for recommendations for foods, restaurants and things to do! Bed comfy, very clean room, lots of lighting. Great breakfast with a variety of options. First hotel I’ve ever had chicken and waffles complimentary! Yummy! Fun checked me out and she’s also very sweet! So good to have Filipina women working at this hotel! Will definitely come back
