Absolutely amazing hotel with a stunning, spacious, and stylish facility. The rooms were so spacious. We stayed at a Suite overlooking the pool. It was so nice. Stayed 1 night at the Hilton Kings Ranch, on a business trip to Alexandria. Great standards maintained all across. Nice and comfortable room, great gym, choice of restaurants. I was unable to make use of the array of other facilities, but i am sure this is a great stay for a weekend or more to relax and unwind. Excellent staff and front desk, professional and friendly. Special mention of Rawa for a smooth and efficient checkout, and conceirge Gamal for a courteous service. When i return to Alexandria, this will be my first choice for the stay.

Nice hotel, extremely helpful staff members.

Great retreat, helpful staff, everyone did a great job despite of the high occupancy of the hotel during our stay. The breakfast buffet was great, special thanks to the patisserie chef for the great taste and wide variety. Dinner Buffet was great too, but the hotel needs to include basic drinks to the buffet, at least water should be added. Perfect clean large pool. Do not get a pool view room if you will feel discomfort from the music at the pool and wedding venues at night. Special thanks to Mr. Karim for actively solving any issues.
