Upstairs, you will find a bedroom with two full size beds and ensuite bath, a queen bedroom with an ensuite bath, and a bedroom with two twin beds.

Outside is an oasis! There is a large seating patio overlooking beautiful Lake Martin. To get a closer look, head down the steps to the beach area and relax by the fire pit while you watch boats go by and roast s'mores! There is a commercial size ice machine underneath the steps to load up your cooler before you head out for the day. There is also room to tie up two boats to the dock and a foam lilypad to for your use.

PLEASE NOTE: Water levels can fluctuate (even at full pool) due to the lack of rain. Lake Martin Vibe Realty is not responsible for any inconvenience this may cause. You can download the Alabama Power Shoreline app and monitor the water level from there. If we meet the requirements for the fall extension, the winter pool draw down will begin on October 15th each year. Please be aware of this if you are booking in the fall.

**HOUSE RULES**
Exterior cameras may be in use.
No renters under the age of 25.
Sleeping occupancy shall not exceed 10 people.
NO SMOKING! If evidence of smoking is found, you will be charged a $1000 fine.
Quiet hours are between 10PM and 8AM.
All trash MUST be bagged and placed in cans at the end of the driveway.
Do not use bath towels for lake activities.
You MUST pick up after your pets! Dispose of all waste In the trashcans outside.
