"Our stay at Teddy’s Residential Suites was absolutely perfect. Amanda, the Dual General Manager, and Ruth, the Dual Director of Sales, were incredible to work with from start to finish. They went above and beyond to accommodate our hockey team and made sure every detail was taken care of.
The hotel itself was spotless, well-maintained, and the rooms were surprisingly large and comfortable—perfect for families and groups. Their exceptional service and hospitality made our stay truly enjoyable.
Highly recommend Teddy’s Residential Suites for any team, group, or traveler looking for a clean, spacious, and welcoming place to stay!"
"It doesn't reflect the advertisement. There's a lot of construction workers staying there. The room was dirty and had damaged walls. The shower curtain had black marks along the bottom. They didn't refill the eggs, sausages, and biscuits. Many of the other guests didn't bother to notify the staff and ate whatever was available. "
