Perfect location

I recently stayed at this hotel. Overall, the experience was pleasant. The hotel itself is nice, and the staff was generally very friendly. I didn’t encounter any major issues during my stay, which I appreciated. However, I did leave feeling a bit disappointed. The next morning, I asked if I could extend my stay, but I was told that it wouldn’t be possible. Later, as I was leaving, I overheard another guest ask to extend her room, and the staff immediately said yes. That inconsistency felt unfair and left a negative impression despite the otherwise decent experience. Overall, the hotel is comfortable and the staff is welcoming, but the handling of my request left me feeling dissatisfied.
