Villa Salento3 is located in the highest and most scenic part of Marina di Novaglie, an ideal spot on the Adriatic coast, about 7 km from Santa Maria di Leuca.

It is located within the Costa Otranto-Santa Maria di Leuca Regional Coastal Nature Park, a protected area along the Salento coastline, characterised by olive groves, Mediterranean scrub, and high cliffs overlooking the sea.

Just a 5-minute walk to the sea: discover the beauty of staying in an enchanting setting, among olive trees and centuries-old carob trees, just 800 metres from the sea.

The property consists of three separate units, each with one or two double bedrooms.

LOCATION

Villa Salento3 is located in Marina di Novaglie, about a 90-minute drive from Brindisi Airport, 9 km from Santa Maria di Leuca, and 16 km from the beaches of the Maldives of Salento.

Marina di Novaglie offers stunning panoramic views of the sea and is ideal for lovers of swimming, scuba diving, snorkelling, kayaking, fishing, walking, cycling, and more. The coastline can be explored by swimming, kayaking, or taking a guided boat tour to discover the marvellous natural sea caves that adorn this stretch of coast.

THE LAYOUT OF VILLA SALENTO3

VILLA SALENTO3 is situated on a 600-square-meter lot that includes the house, an outdoor veranda with a breathtaking SEA VIEW and garden, and on-site parking. The access road to the house is private, shared only with neighbouring homes.

THE HOUSE

The house has been recently renovated and made comfortable; it consists of 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom with a shower stall, and a living area with a fully equipped kitchen. Villa Salento3 can comfortably accommodate up to 2–3 guests.

SLEEPING AREA

The sleeping area consists of 1 bedroom and a full bathroom with a shower stall.
We have one double bedroom, and for the third guest, we have a single bed that can be added next to the double bed.

LIVING AREA

The living room features a glass door that opens onto the veranda and the patio with a sea view, connecting the interior and exterior and offering a stunning view of the Adriatic coast.

The living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with shelves, an electric oven, a gas stove, a fridge/freezer, and all the necessary cooking utensils (dishes, cutlery, trays, pots, pans, and glasses).

OUTDOOR AREA

The spacious outdoor area is the perfect place to spend pleasant hours outdoors. Whether you’re relaxing or reading a book under the covered veranda or on the lounge chairs, hosting outdoor lunches and dinners, or—better yet—enjoying a delicious aperitif on the terrace with its large table while admiring the cobalt-blue sea and the panoramic view. VERANDA - BARBECUE AREA WITH STONE OVEN – GARDEN – OUTDOOR SHOWER – PARKING

The covered veranda was designed to let you enjoy pleasant moments outdoors while staying sheltered from the elements. The patio next to the veranda is equipped with deck chairs and sun loungers, while the barbecue area features a beautiful wood-fired grill for hosting a delicious barbecue.

Next to the barbecue is a second full outdoor bathroom equipped with a shower stall and a washing machine.

At Villa SALENTO3, strict hygiene measures and behavioural protocols are followed to ensure guest safety during the Coronavirus pandemic and to provide a safe stay.

Check-in and housekeeping procedures are thorough and carried out according to strict criteria and special protocols established by the WHO and other relevant authorities. In addition to routine cleaning, all rooms and provided amenities will be sanitised.
