"Our room was beautiful and the views unimaginable. The only problem was carrying our luggage up and down, since there is no elevator access from the hotel front desk to the elevator on the 1st level. That was extremely inconvenient for us. You can walk about 5 min and you’ll be in plaza mayor with dining options. I didn’t like the breakfast. You can find something better somewhere else. "

"This was a very comfortable stopover. Jesus was wonderful at check-in and although he spoke very minimal English, we communicated well.
