The rooms were clean, but very small (cruise ship size) and worn. Shower leaking out of the door. Worped flooring due to shower leaking. Bathroom and shower were all black in color a very dark.

This was a great hotel for our first time in London. It was centrally located and convenient to multiple Underground stations. We had a deluxe room that was spacious enough for two. The bed was comfortable and our room was always cleaned by the time we returned for the day. Really enjoyed the black out shades and the complimentary mini bar.

adverts says "sleep like a rock star", I didn't know they meant literally, as in, after the show. the rooms were not clean, the walls and headboard had marks and stains of dirt that should have been wiped off. the bathroom has mould on the shower walls and corners. the shower had years of lime-scale ...
