Villa Menorca in Alcúdia has 4 bedrooms and capacity for 8 people.

Accommodation of 260 m² cosy and modern, with views of the mountain and the garden 350 metres from the sea.

It is located 2 m from the city of Alcudia,

300 m from the Sa Marina sandy beach,

4.5 km from Alcudia Beach

2 km from the Alcudia pueblo bus stop,

2 km from restaurants and bars,

2 km from the Eroski supermarket,

5 km from the Hidropark water park,

7 km from the Alcanada rocky beach,

and is located in an ideal zone for children and next to the sea.

On the ground floor, there is a large lounge with air conditioning and satellite TV, dining room with a fully equipped kitchen. Next to the kitchen, separated, is the laundry room and near the stairs is a bedroom with two single beds.

Going up the stairs, upstairs are the other three bedrooms, of which, 2 with single beds and one with a double bed 150 x 190. (All 4 bedrooms have air conditioning and heat pump).

On the same floor, there is a very spacious balcony with a table. And finally the roof terrace with spectacular views.

It has a garden, garden furniture, a wide porch with an outdoor dining table and barbecue. Fenced plot, 25 m² terrace, free internet access (wifi).

Private swimming pool 6m x 4m, Ping Pong and Billiards table. Free street parking.

Katzenhaus

Das Haus ist gut aufgeteilt und hat alles was man benötigt. Leider befindet sich eine Katzenfutterstelle an der Grundstücksgrenze, das ist schlecht! Ständig sind mehrere Katzen im Grundstück und hinterlassen ihre Spuren, das ist einfach großer Mist und muss unbedingt abgeändert werden. Die alte Dame die täglich zum füttern kommt, kann das auch wo anders machen. Wir wurden so das Haus nicht mehr buchen.
