The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please leave used bed-linens and towels downstairs in a tidy pile on the white table in the garage. Please ensure that the dishwasher has completed its cycle before your departure and unload it.
The keys should be put back in their respective key boxes as you found them on your arrival. Please jumble the numbers again in the key boxes for security purposes.
Please ensure that all rubbish and recycling is disposed of in the recycling and rubbish bins just opposite the villa.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Access to top roof via spiral staircase is not permitted as it is dangerous for children, and there is delicate technical equipment up there too.
No hen or stag parties permitted as Casa Es Mirador is in a residential area, and please refrain from playing loud music after midnight.
Children not permitted to use the swimming pool unaccompanied. Please lock pool gate to prevent children accessing the pool if no adult present.
