The property itself it beautiful. Was in a temporary room for first night and was moved to a much nice one the next day, with view of moutains from balcony. It's a very quiet hotel, more suited to couples, rather than solo travellers or families. 25min walk to Alcudia old town, which is further than you think in heat! 3 mins away from nice beach and a few resturants nearby.

Bra hotell när många härliga stränder

Trevlig personal, bra frukost och middag, vi hade halvpension. Rummet enkelt, sängarna väldigt sköna! Bra pool med utlåning av handdukar. Parkering för bil ingår också. Minus är att rökning är tillåten i gemensamma ytor som uteserveringen vid lunch t.ex

Superfint hotell med fint poolområde. Bekväma sängar och bra frukost. Lite off från den fina staden Alcudia, men taxi var inte så dyrt.

Leider hat man uns kurz vor Antritt der Reise (auf spanisch) storniert weil (ab 28.10.) für den Winter geschlossen wird. So was weiß man bereits bei der Buchung. Schade, hatten uns so drauf gefreut und mussten dann kurzfristig was anderes nehmen, dass lange nicht so einen Charme hatte. Ob wir noch einen Anlauf nehmen, weiß ich nicht… es gibt ja genug Alternativen

Amazing beach hotel

Great position for wonderful nearby beaches. Breakfast very good but disappointing evening meal with erratic waitress service - but safer than a buffet service! Good coffee. Bed reasonable but soundproofing needed to ensure no disturbance from adjoining rooms. Good shower and free toiletries provided. Nearby free hotel car park with ample spaces. Lovely pool and comfortable seating areas.

Dieses Mal leider eine große Enttäuschung.

Wir waren bisher in 2 unterschiedlichen Prinsotels auf Menorca und Mallorca. Speziell die Auswahl beim Buffet am Abend war immer fantastisch. ABER: dieses Mal alles anders. Frühstück wie gewohnt sehr gut als Buffet, aber das Abendessen eine große Enttäuschung. Man kann wählen zwischen jeweils 3 x Vorspeise, Hauptgang und Nachtisch. Wir hatten dieses Hotel speziell wegen der tollen Auswahl beim Abendessen gebucht und werden zukünftig andere Hotels buchen, wenn dieses Konzept beibehalten wird. Covid soll die Begründung sein, warum es abends kein Buffet gibt, aber beim Frühstücksbuffet macht Covid Pause? Ein kleiner Hinweis bei der Buchung wäre schön gewesen, damit man selbst entscheiden kann, ob einem das gefällt oder nicht. Ansonsten schönes Hotel mit 2 kleinen Buchten direkt vor der Tür. Der Ort Mal Pas ist ebenfalls sehr schön und ruhig gelegen. Die Zimmer im hinteren Gartenbereich sind weitaus größer und schöner als die im vorderen Poolbereich.

Lugar muy tranquilo y agradable para descansar y disfrutar de una zona con las mejores playas. El personal muy atento en especial Fernando,que nos atendió muy bien en todo momento. Las cenas a la carta muy buenas y con una propuesta diferente que te hace disfrutar aún más del lugar.

Ein Kleines charmantes Hotel. In sehr ruhiger Gegend. Die Terrasse ist gemütlich gestaltet. In den Zimmer 102 & 103 ist der Geräuschpegel der Gäste jedoch so laut, dass man das Gefühl hat, man sitze mittendrin. Das Hotel ist wesentlich kleiner, als die Foto’s dank Weitwinkel suggerieren. Leider wurde zu zunächst die Beschwerde bzgl. der Lautstärke mit der Begründung abgetan, man suche nur einen Vorwand ein anderes Zimmer zu bekommen. Erst nachdem ich meiner Beschwerde Nachdruck verlieh, wurde seitens des Hotels ein Zimmerwechsel angeboten. Dies war dann weiter von der Terrasse entfernt und somit wesentlich ruhiger. Bis auf dies, war das Personal immer sehr freundlich. Das Hotel wurde gern von jungen Familien mit Babys gebucht. Vermutlich aufgrund der nahegelegenen (3 Minuten Fußweg) sehr ruhigen Bucht. Die Altstadt von Alcudia lädt zu einen Abendspaziergang mit Stadtbummel ein. Zu Fuß ca. 30-40 Minuten oder mit dem Taxi für 6 Euro.

Fabulous hotel situated just outside of Alcúdia old town and Alcúdia Port. The staff are really welcoming and friendly and always on hand to help. Breakfast was included with our stay and it was excellent there was so much choice, we had a couple of lunches and again really good service all food was so fresh. The rooms were cleaned daily and were spotless. The gardens and pool area were lovely there was plenty of seating areas which provided you with a great place to be able to relax. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Me encantó que se respira tranquilidad en pleno mes de agosto, el edificio principal esta muy bien reformado, la terraza y la piscina preciosas, la playa impresionante, si vas a primera hora cuando todavia no hay nadie en la playa, te puedes bañar con miles de peces. El apartamento/habitación justito, la nevera no funcionaba bien, el cuarto de baño olía, no hay ventana en la habitación, no hay bidé. Está reformado y necesita más mantenimiento. Volvería sin lugar a duda.

Quiet location in an affluent neighborhood and good if you want somewhere quiet off peak. The rooms are really small and pokey and badly lit, the air con can not cope with August heat and half the staff really do not want to be there and should consider careers in a non customer facing industry.

Short break in Majorca

Very clean hotel with great buffett breakfast and dinner. Rooms modern with good bathrooms . Friendly and helpful staff, mainly German clientel. A couple of local bars/restaurants in walking distance, Alcudia about 1.5 k away for larger choice. Two small beaches a short walk from hotel which are ideal for young children. Good place for a short break, car not needed but would reccommend ro reduce transfer time and for accessing Alcudia

Great hotel!

We loved everything: the location, the pool area, the food. We've chosen the half-board menu and the food selection was really wide! We wanted a chill vacation and definitely got it! We're also planning to come back here next year.

Very nice hotel and good facilities, the service was OK, some guys were not so polite, but maybe because they were overloaded, which is another problem of the hotel. Overall we would recommend the hotel and the location.
