Completely renovated and luxurious apartment in Vintage style with two spacious bedrooms and a fantastic view of the Mediterranean sea and the surroundings. The apartment is centrally located and only 10 minutes walk from the beautiful white sandy beach of Port d'Aculdia. The beach of Port d'Alcudia is known as one of the most beautiful beaches in Mallorca. You enter the apartment in the fully equipped new kitchen with dining area. Also a bright living room with comfortable furniture and a fantastic view of the surroundings and the Mediterranean sea. From the living room access to a spacious balcony again with 180 degree views of the sea, the surroundings and the large communal swimming pool. The apartment has 2 spacious bedrooms, each with a built-in wardrobe for all clothing, swimming trunks and bikinis. A nice bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and sink. Of course wifi internet and air conditioning are available.
Bed linen and towels are included in the price and you do not have to worry about a bath towel for the pool. If you provide the apartment clean and tidy, you do not pay extra for the final cleaning.
In addition to the large swimming pool, the complex has a tennis court, indoor football field, laundry, library and reception with concierge.
Port d'Alcudia is a nice place where you can walk, eat, shop, go out and of course swim in the clear blue Mediterranean sea. Good restaurants abound and all high-lights can be reached on foot or by bike.

Wonderful stay
Beautiful apartment, very well equipped perfect for a stay in Alcudia. Lovely spacious balcony with nice view. Also, a nice touch was the welcome bottle of wine and water in the fridge. Lovely pool area with our own sunbeds which is very convenient also very close to shops, restaurants etc

Einfach Klasse
Es war einfach perfekt. Die Wohnung war modern und super sauber! Es gab viele Kleinigkeiten, die ich nicht erwartet habe:
Im Kleiderschrank stand eine Kiste mit Pool/Strandspielzeug für Kinder, im Wohnzimmerschrank versteckten sich Malsachen und Spiele, im Eingangsbereich lagen Kindersitze für Mietwagen, im Küchenschrank waren Gewürze und Öl, im Bad Seife, in der Küche Spüli, Müllbeutel, Spülmaschinentabs, Standhandtücher, Strandtasche, Karten des Ortes und .....
Mit der Inventar konnte man sich sehr gut versorgen. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Pool war sauber und es war nie voll. Es warem maximal 10 P. gleichzeitig am Pool. Es gab immer freie Liegen und zur Not ständen private Liegen extra für die Wohnung bereit. Zum Strand läuft man tatsächlich ein Stücken aber das war für uns kein Problem. Gegenüber ist die Anlage vom BV, die ähnelt dem Center Park in Deutschland. Dort waren wir abends zur Kinderdisco. Es hätte dort auch noch mehr Aktivitäten für kids gegeben....
Also insgesamt total toll für Familien.
Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern*innen war sehr freundlich.

Eigentlich schöne Wohnung, leider muffig und nur oberflächlich sauber
Die Wohnung an sich ist eigentlich ganz nett eingerichtet und sieht tatsächlich so aus, wie im Inserat. Das Gebäude und die Umgebung haben dringend eine Renovierung nötig.
Leider riecht es in der Wohnung, trotz exzessivem Lüften sehr muffig, (wie in einem Keller). Außerdem war die Wohnung nur oberflächlich sauber. Das TV Board wurde vermutlich seit Monaten nicht mehr abgestaubt und ebenfalls mussten wir erstmal staubsaugen, als wir ankamen. Weiterhin ist die Couch ein totales Disaster. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war super nett und freundlich. Diese waren sehr bemüht.
Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für diese Wohnung stimmt leider nicht. Ich würde nicht nochmal wieder kommen

Fantastisk leilighet i er prima område.

Dette er en leilighet som er ren og ryddig og inneholder alt hva

Schöne Ferien in Alcudia
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 7. Stock einer Wohnanlage, die auch einen sehr großen und gepflegten Pool umfaßt. Wir waren mit 3 Personen dort, aber auch für 4 ist die Wohnung groß genug. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sodass Urlaubsfeeling aufkommt. Smart TV und Klimanalage funktionieren tadellos.
Auch die Lage ist sehr gut: Mitten in Port D`Alcudia - in der Nähe sind viele Bars, Restaurants und Geschäfte. Der Strand ist ungefähr 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu ereichen.
Sehr schön fanden wir auch die Aussicht vom Balkon. Auch ein Parkplatz ist vorhanden und von Alcudia lassen sich schöne Touren mit dem Mietwagen unternehmen. Es gibt jedoch auch eine gute Busverbindung zum Hafen, zum Strand oder zur mittelalterlichen stadt Alcudia, die sich ein paar Kilometer im Inland befindet.
Es waren also sehr schöne Ferien in Alcudia.

Modernes hochwertiges Apartment. Wirkt frisch renoviert. Sehr sauber. Alles was man so braucht war vorhanden. Handtücher, Fön, Kaffeemaschine, Schirm für den Strand usw. Super freundlicher Kontakt mit dem sehr bemühten Vermieter. Schöner Pool, nicht überlaufen mit ausreichend Liegen. Sehr angenehme Klimaanlage. Klare Empfehlung meinerseits. Gerne wieder.
