- Wi-fi free, new house (2006) in Alcúdia decorated and tastefully furnished. With two bedrooms and a loft with room for 4 adults and two children, large living room, two bathrooms one in the pool, well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, grinder, food processor, juicer, swings etc .. It has a spacious terrace, 1000 m manicured garden with flowers and rose garden, private pool with sun loungers and barbecue precious oven. It is surrounded by countryside in a quiet, intimate and quiet place. 5 minutes from the walled city of Alcudia and its beautiful old town and 5 minutes from the pretty village of Pollença, 3 km from Puerto de Alcudia where you will find bars, restaurants, supermarkets and many leisure and fun. The house is warm and comfortable cozy with all the details necessary for a memorable vacation, we want our customers feel at home, CAN MALANYO you will love
