From the cosy terrace and private garden, you have a fantastic view of the entire Alcudia bay. A perfect place to admire and enjoy unforgettable sunrises and sunsets.     With 100 m², this apartment offers 3 bedrooms (2 with a double bed, 1 with 2 single beds), 2 bathrooms (1 x bathtub, 1 x shower) and an outdoor bathroom in the garden, a comfortably furnished living room and a fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher and washing machine, with space for 6 people. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning.

A superb holiday spot for the entire family.

Perfect location right on the beach, cannot be better. Private garden and storage room included (good for bikesbeach stuff equipped with foldable chairs, great), spacious well equipped kitchen with everything one needs, oven, microwave, modern fridge and deep freezer. The beds are quite new and have very good matresses. Supermarket Eroski walking distance, bars and restaurants and bike hiring aswell. A superb holiday spot for the entire family.

schöner geht es nicht .....

Wir haben es sehr geliebt. aufwachen und den Wellen des Meeres zuhören.... es war ein Traum! wir liebten es, um 7 Uhr morgens im Meer zu baden und dann auf der Terrasse zu frühstücken. Es könnte nicht besser sein.............. wir haben eine kleine Besichtigung im Norden gemacht. abends gingen wir zum Abendessen in den vielen Restaurants. Wir liebten das Restaurant sa gavina. Das Ferienhaus hat alles, was man braucht, um sich gut zu erholen und ein gutes Frühstück zuzubereiten, es war das Einzige, wofür wir es benutzt haben. Die Badezimmer waren sehr sauber.

Bellissimo soggiorno di una settimana.Casa fresca, immediatamente sulla spiaggia per una vacanza rilassante.Impagabile la sensazione di scendere le scale e trovarsi direttamente sulla spiaggia stupenda e molto pulita.Possibilità usufruire dell'AC (a pagamento) nel caso fosse stato più caldo. La casa è dotata di tutto, finanche di lettini e ombrelloni per la spiaggia (se non si vuole usufruire degli ombrelloni comunali a pagamento).Antonia, la proprietaria, è stata super amichevole e disponibile sia per l'orario di check in (siamo arrivati in anticipo) sia per il check out.Ci torneremo.

Die Lage ist einmalig, sehr schöner Strand, fussläufig Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants/,Bars vorhanden Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr dunkel und die Einrichtung ziemlich veraltet. Leider war es teilweise (vor allem in der Küche) sehr schmutzig Lippenstift von den Vormietern am Glas, verschmutzte Töpfe, Besteck und klebriger Boden.Die Vermieterin hat auf die Kritik schnell reagiert und eine Reinigungsdame vorbeigeschickt, diese hat aber leider nur ziemlich oberflächlich den sichtbaren Schmutz entfernt.In der Dusche fällt der Duschkopf ab bzw. passt nicht zur Duscharmatur, der Abfluss war verstopft. Im Großen und Ganzen haben wir uns in der Wohnung nicht sonderlich wohlgefühlt und uns deshalb so oft wie möglich draußen aufgehalten.

Eine wunderbare Unterkunft direkt am Strand Ausstattung der Küche und Bettdecken könnten erneuert werden. Die Nächte können auch auf Mallorca frisch sein und man benötigt eine richtige Bettdecke.

Perfekte Lage, super Strand

Wir waren im Oktober für eine Woche in dem Apartment. Die Lage ist wirklich toll. Der eigene Garten und der direkte Zugang zum Strand sind fantastisch. Ein schneller Internetzugang war ebenfalls vorhanden.

Die Aussicht ist wunderbar. Die Wohnung ist für 4 Personen sehr gut geeignet. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Die Badezimmer sind in gutem Zustand. Der Wasserkocher war stark verkalkt. Die Kaffeemaschine war nicht funktionsfähig und zu klein für 4 Erwachsene. Aber ansonsten ist die Küche für eine Ferienwohnung gut ausgestattet.
