"Portobello" is the perfect choice for families and friends who want to enjoy a privileged location next to one of the most emblematic of the Mediterranean and the longest beach on the island of Mallorca (12 km) marinas.



Due to its convenient location in Puerto de Alcudia, the "Portobello" apartment offers spectacular views of the port complex from the lovely terrace of the house, lounge, rooms and even the kitchen. The terrace with comfortable outdoor furniture becomes the perfect place to enjoy summer evenings the most genuine and sailor Meditárreno space.



The "Portobello" apartment has been completely renovated in 2015 with excellent quality and design furniture; offers spacious, well-kept rooms: three comfortable bedrooms (one double with en suite shower room, a twin bedroom and a third with bunk bed), a full bathroom with bath, modern fitted kitchen, a spacious and cozy lounge with balcony, and all rooms with fantastic and stunning sea views.



It is also located in the Port of the largest in the whole island of Mallorca beach: Alcudia Bay, 12 km in length. There you can enjoy endless water sports such as windsurfing, paddle surfing, diving or sailing as well as the best restaurants, cafes and shops ... And the smallest include various attractions like parks or swimming pools ... Close There are also banks, doctors, clinics or pharmacies.



In the harbor of Puerto Alcudia which is the "Portobello" apartment enjoy a nice walk among small fishing boats and modern luxury boats and very good restaurants and bars.

Wat een parel op een goede locatie

Alles aan dit appartement klopt. Ruime slaapkamers, woonkamer, keuken en badkamers. Het appartement is echt heel volledig. Alles aan bestek, borden, pannen tot zelfs een wijnkoeler is ruim aanwezig. Er zijn genoeg handdoeken, theedoeken, badlakens etc. etc. Zelfs overgebleven toiletartikelen, zonnebrand, kruiden, thee, koffie laat men staan voor de volgende bewoners. Contact met verhuurder verliep top. De ligging is geweldig, 10 minuutjes naar het strand. 1 minuut naar de boulevard en een heerlijk uitzicht over de haven van Alcudia. Eigenlijk niks, maar oké de badkamers kunnen een kleine opknapbeurt gebruiken.
