In an excellent central location, 700 metres from the beach, the studio apartment ‘Estudio Calarojas’ is part of an apartment complex and is the perfect base for discovering the town. Boasting a mountain view, the charming property consists of a living/sleeping area, a well-equipped kitchen as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, a washing machine, a television and a highchair. The apartment provides a baby cot and a highchair upon request.

Your private balcony invites you to start the day outside with a delicious breakfast. The shared outdoor area of the complex leaves nothing to be desired and consists of a garden and an open terrace, a pool, a children’s pool and an outdoor shower.

Due to its excellent location, restaurants, cafes and bars can be reached by foot in under 5-10 minutes and the nearest supermarket is just a 6-minute walk away (550 m). The long, sandy beach of Alcúdia is just a 16-minute walk away (1.3 m) and the water park Hidropark Alcúdia, where you can enjoy hours of fun with the family, is a 23-minute walk from the property (1.8 km). Furthermore, Palma de Mallorca airport can be reached by car in 41 minutes (60.4 km). The resort is very wooded and landscaped with gardens and artificial lakes. Tennis courts and paddle tennis courts are available for rent. The resort is located on the main road of the area with restaurants, car rental, electric car rental, jet ski rental, canoe and rowing boat rental, horse and buggy rental, etc. Pharmacy, ATM are in the area.

Pros: Apartamento cómodo, limpio y acogedor, con todo lo necesario para una estancia de unos días. El anfitrión estaba pendiente cada dos por tres de lo que podríamos necesitar, y en ese sentido un lujo. Hemos tenido una estancia confortable y si alguna vez volvemos a Mallorca, el apartamento de Nora lo tendremos en el punto de mira.
