The property is just a 5 minute drive to Alcudia and 10 minutes from Pollenca, where many attractions, shops and fine restaurants can be found. Alcanada and Pollenca Golf Courses, Horse Riding, Tennis as well Beaches and a Waterpark are all within 10 minutes from this stunning Property. The Swimming Pool is approx 5m x 10m and has a paved terraced surround.
