    This cozy apartment with sea view is located on the second floor of a small complex with an elevator and a large community pool with sun loungers and lawn just in front of the beach of Puerto de Alcudia.

    The apartment has been renovated and tastefully decorated in white. It features a spacious terrace with a table and chairs for 4 people where you can spend most of your time and enjoy the fabulous sea views. The terrace is connected to the living-dining room through a large window with a sofa to watch television, another dining table for 4 people inside and air conditioning. The kitchen has been renovated and has all the amenities.



    Additionally, the apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, sea views and direct access to the terrace, a second bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower. On the floor, they will find beach towels in addition to bath towels.



    The location is also particularly attractive: the complex itself is quiet, but in the vicinity there are shops, bars, restaurants, the boardwalk, the port and countless leisure activities (bicycle rental, boat trips, etc.).
