"Check in was supposed to be at 3, but staff said we didn’t have a reservation. Eventually, they found it, but then they said they didn’t have a room. Again, eventually, they said they had a room, but we had to wait for it to be cleaned. We waited until 4:30 to be given a room and the cleaning staff ..."
