"This is a wonderful hotel. Check in is efficient and also fun. The rooms are very comfortable, clean and with comfortable beds. We also really enjoyed our breakfast experience with eggs cooked to order. We didn’t get a chance to try their restaurant. There are many funky touches through this property and I imagine would be a lot of fun for a young child to experience. "Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the Pousada Castelo de Obidos, but the castle experience didn’t feel worth the room price. The room was small, musty, and didn’t match the photos, and getting there from the train station was a hassle — better communication or a shuttle would have helped. That said, I loved Obidos and the castle’s location was perfect for sightseeing."
